Data used

Account and learning records

• Name, email address, and a securely hashed password.
• Membership level and Stripe customer, subscription, checkout, and payment identifiers.
• Quiz attempts, scores, Level 5 status, and certificate records.
• An essential sign-in cookie that keeps the current browser session active.

Why it is used

Operate the service

• Create and secure the member account requested by the learner.
• Confirm paid access, renewals, cancellations, and failed payments with Stripe.
• Enforce access rules and retain earned quiz and certificate history.
• Prevent abuse and diagnose service errors.

Limited to service delivery

Billing data is exchanged with Stripe to run membership and donation Checkout, subscriptions, receipts, and the billing portal. Hosting and database records are held by Hostinger for this website.

Account records are kept while the account is active and for as long as reasonably needed for payment, security, dispute, and legal obligations.

Your choices

Access, correction, and deletion

Use the account page to inspect your saved membership and learning records. To request correction, export, or deletion, use the established Ask TXP contact route.
