Recurring membership

£1 per month until cancelled

Stripe shows the amount and renewal interval before payment. By completing Checkout, the member authorises the recurring monthly charge shown there.

The same £1 monthly price and access rules apply to every paid member.

Cancellation

Managed through Stripe

A paid member can open the Stripe billing portal from the TXP account page and cancel the subscription. If Stripe records cancellation at the period end, paid access continues until that period ends.

Failed, unpaid, expired, or cancelled billing can remove Paid Access. An earned Level 5 certificate remains attached to the account.

Learning access

One account, three levels

• Open Access can use public pages but cannot submit the protected quizzes.
• Paid Access can use the Learning Library and submit each 5-question quiz.
• A score of at least 4 out of 5 in every current quiz unlocks Level 5 and issues one account-linked certificate.

Optional donations

One-off support, not membership

Donations are voluntary one-time Stripe payments. A donation does not create an account, activate Paid Access, unlock the quizzes, or count towards Level 5.

Problems and statutory rights

Raise the issue directly

Nothing in these terms removes rights that apply under consumer law. For an incorrect charge, access failure, refund request, or account problem, provide the account email and relevant Stripe receipt through Ask TXP.
